Hobby Chest
This unique hobby chest is a self-contained workshop that you can take just about anywhere—into another room or across the country!
We included several handy work surfaces in the design, but also plenty of drawers to store all the tools and supplies that go along with your hobby.
The most interesting aspect of this project is the slide-off top. When the hobby chest is placed on an average table, the top is at just the right height for working while you’re standing. If you remove the top from the case and set it on the same table, you now have a work surface that’s at the perfect height for sitting down.
