This bookcase is an example of things working well. Yeah, we're not sure why.

Repairing furniture

The "gallbladder cabinet" cabinet Phil made 13 years ago had a weak spot in the base. Repairs didn't hold. So he made a new one.

Phil's recent bookcase is made from white fir that had distracting knots and wind shake.

Here's one of the patches he made. Not meant to be "invisible," just disguised.
